At the United Nations Headquarters in New York, global leaders and stakeholders have gathered for the second International Migration Review Forum (IMRF), running from May 4 to May 8, 2026. Held every four years, the IMRF serves as the primary intergovernmental platform for nations to evaluate progress on the Global Compact for Safe, Orderly and Regular Migration and to shape the future of global migration policy. Supported by 39 UN agencies coordinated by IOM, the event emphasizes strengthening system-wide collaboration to address the complexities of modern migration.
